I am 18 weeks pregnant today.
Last Friday I had an OB appointment, and everything is going well. My fundus (the top of the uterus) is already to my belly button--that normally happens around 20 weeks. The baby's heartbeat is 150 beats per minute.
The best news is that I am having an anatomical ultrasound next Wednesday! This is when they examine the fetus' development and look for any abnormalities. And it's when we will find out the sex if the baby cooperates. It was very easy for the ultrasound technician to find out with Evie; let's hope it's as easy this time around.
We are hoping for another girl!
(Today has been a crazy day and I just realized that Evie is 16 months old today! I didn't take any pictures. I have a good excuse. I will take some tomorrow. )
